At Creditfolio, we strive to provide our users with the highest quality content and a smooth subscription experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before subscribing.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option under the billing settings.
Refund Policy
- Monthly Plans: Cancellations will stop the auto-renewal for the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for the remaining days of the current month.
- Annual and Lifetime Plans: These plans are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you review the benefits and features before subscribing.
- If any Refunds are approved, the refund will be credited within 5 to 7 business days on your original payment method.
Access Post-Cancellation
After canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your access will be restricted to free content only.
Accidental Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and issue a refund if applicable.
